Standard Ground U.S. Shipping
All U.S. orders will be sent via UPS, FedEx, uSPS or the most economical service available, based on weight and destination.
Expect your package within 7-10 business days depending upon your geographic location.
Shipping charges will vary depending upon the quantity and weight of your order.
International Orders
Shipping costs range depending on your location. Orders typically arrive within 4-15 business days.
* Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Changes for customs clearance must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
DOT restrictions on air shipping
Restricted items include: Aerosol-type products, pressurized spray cans, such as: hairspray and shaving cream.
In compliance with DOT rules restricted items require ground-only delivery.
Aromatherapy N' Wellness does not ship DOT-restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO or International addresses.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unopened merchandise may be returned in its original condition, original packaging, with packing slip, and must be within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued minus any shipping/gift wrapping charges.
Shipping costs incurred for returning the product will not be refunded.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, for example skincare, haircare, makeup, health and personal care items, or any type of perishable goods. Please make your selections carefully.
To complete your merchandise return, an RMA number must be obtained by emailing support@aromatherapy-n-wellness.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. At that time, you will be provided an RMA, and the address for returning your merchandise.
The following information will be required to process your return. (If required information is not included, we will be unable to process you return.)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
All returns must be shipped back using a trackable courier (i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation). Any package that has not been received, and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
** Allow up to 14 business days for processing your return.
Damaged Merchandise:
Please obtain an RMA via email. Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise a refund will be issued and an email confirmation with the total amount credited will be sent. Be certain to advise if requesting a replacement of the damaged merchandise in exchange of refund.
Undeliverable Packages:
If your package is returned marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Diffuser Returns:
If you receive a defective unit and its within the warranty period for that model, we will require a video showing the issue. If unable to send a video, you will be required to return the unit via the lowest method. Please do not return any unit without an RMA number. A technician will look at the unit to determine the issue. if the unit is "NOT" defective after testing, the same unit will be returned to you after you pay return shipping. If the unit, "IS" in fact, defective, a new unit, at our expense with shipping reimbursement for shipping it back will be made to you.
If you simply do not like your product after trying it, and it was purchased within 15 days or less from receiving, it can be returned for a full refund minus 20% restocking fee, with no reimbursement for shipping cost back to us. We will offer full refunds on unopened, brand new condition items in original packaging if purchased within 10 days or less from receiving.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days to process your refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@aromatherapy-n-wellness.com
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@aromatherapy-n-wellness.com to notify us of the requested exchange.
